The interview assistant for structured surveys

kiMONA supports you in conducting surveys more efficiently and successfully.

The interview assistant combines the flexibility of a conversation with the structure of a classic questionnaire. Through targeted follow-up questions, kiMONA can deepen answers and ensure that the information relevant to your objective is fully captured. The result is structured data sets that offer both the quality of an interview and the analysability of a survey.

Why kiMONA?

kiMONA combines dialogue-based interviews with a clear structure for data collection.

Conducts structured and adaptive conversations

Asks targeted follow-up questions when answers are unclear or incomplete

Recognises whether answers are sufficient

Collects information in a structured way and creates summaries of the results

Getting started is straightforward and possible within a few minutes.

  1. Configure the interview assistant

Give kiMONA all relevant information about your survey: e.g. objectives, framework conditions or an existing questionnaire. You can also specify how the assistant should communicate with participants – casually or formally.

  2. Conduct the interview

Via a generated link, participants can start the interview. kiMONA conducts the conversation independently and dynamically adapts questions to the flow of answers.

  3. Receive and evaluate results

Results are automatically collected and can currently be exported as a CSV or JSON file for further analysis in other systems.

Who is kiMONA made for?

kiMONA can be used in many contexts. New use cases regularly emerge from conversations with companies. Examples include:

Applicant pre-selection

Customer feedback

Citizen dialogues and participation processes

Market research

These examples show only a fraction of the possible fields of application. The interview assistant can be flexibly adapted to different requirements.

We would be happy to explore together with you whether and how kiMONA can fit your specific project.
